Thank You Card

This definitely falls under Sweet and Simple! I got Making Memories Tag Curler for my birthday also and wanted to play a little. I did the ribbon and tag first and then did the card around it. Here's my supply list: Sweet Shapes stamp set, VersaMark, Close to Cocoa Classic Ink Pad, sponge, tag curler and tag, Pretty in Pink cardstock, pink gingham ribbon (have no idea where I got it), EK Success circle cutter, white cardstock, and Stampin' Dimensionals. I also used a corner rounder punch. I just cut my circle out and stamped with the flourish image with VersaMark. Then, I sponged the edges with Cocoa ink, attached my ribbon embellishment, and adhered the whole thing to my card base. I stuck a dimensional under the tag. I'm really going to like that new tool!

The card is actually on a white base but is blending in with the page background. I'll try to fix it later. My kids found mud so I guess I need to go clean them up first!

Digital Layout

I've been playing with some digital layouts lately and thought I'd post this one. It is made with the free kit from Creating Keepsakes July issue. Jessica Sprague is the designer and she always has just pretty kits.
