Happy Halloween Card

I bought this set about a week ago and finally had a chance to play with it. This picture is darker than it is in real life for some reason. I started with a 1/2 sheet of Pumpkin Pie cardstock. I layered a piece of Creepy Crawly Designer Series paper (this will be part of the SU! promotion next month). Next, I stamped my family on Whisper White. The images are colored with SU!'s watercolor pencils and Blush Blossom ink refill. The images come from All in the Family and Family Accessories and are stamped with Staz-On Jet Black. The corners are punched with the ticket corner punch and then the piece is layered on top of the patterned paper. At the bottom of the card, I stamped a pumpkin from the accessories set, "happy Halloween" from Everyday Flexible Phrases, and another pumpkin. Oh and after I colored with the watercolor pencils, I blended them with an Aqua Painter.

This is really cute. I kind of like this set b/c there are a lot of different cards but I don't know if I would be patient enough to stamp with the stamp-a-ma-jig! Great card! Love the colors. Oh and if you are curious I am came across your blog through SCS! SCS username: SavvyKat
