Slip N Slide
I printed these pictures when I was working on the October Kit. None of the paper really fit with the pictures so I just held them back. Today, I was looking through some leftovers from past kits and ran across this paper in the June Kit. It was perfect!!
Ali was actually at her grandparents when we broke out the Slip N Slide. Caden had been begging to play with it and had already gotten it out of the box. Brannon hooked it up for them and I grabbed my camera. They wouldn't slide on it...they would just run and stomp on it and "fall" into the pool part. Brannon decided to show them how it was done with a lot of encouragement from me! This was the only picture of the bunch that I was sure he wouldn't kill me for posting! They all had a great time. Coincidentally, both boys started running high fever that night. Guess they were sick at the time but they sure didn't act like it!
I used a Creative Memories wavy trimmer to trim my title paper. The blue paper under the bottom pictures is the leftovers from that. For the title, I used Creating Keepsakes' The Best of Creative Lettering Combo. I just printed it on regular paper and then scribbled all over the back of it with a pencil. Then, I laid it on my paper where I wanted it and traced over the letters. The pencil marks from the back transferred to the paper and I just went over it with a Zig Writer. I do this instead of using tracing paper since I never seem to have any around when I want it.
